Gary Hoey performs "Sara Smile" at the 1st Annual Casey's Cup Event 04/11/2015. Casey's Cup is a Charity event to raise funds to benefit Adrenocortical Cancer (ACC) Research at TGen. ACC is a rare cancer of the adrenal cortex that affects only 1 to 2 people in a million. Casey's Cup is dedicated to Casey Strale who lost his battle with ACC at age 16.
